At QuickRento, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free delivery experience for all our customers.

1. Delivery Areas:

We currently provide delivery and installation services across Gurgaon and nearby regions.

For areas outside our service locations, delivery availability will be confirmed at the time of order.

2. Delivery Time:

Furniture & Appliances: Usually delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of confirmation.

Rental Properties & Vehicles: Delivery/hand-over timelines depend on property/vehicle availability and agreement.

You will be notified of estimated delivery/hand-over dates once your booking is confirmed.

3. Shipping Charges:

Within Gurgaon city limits: Free delivery may be applicable on selected products.

Outside Gurgaon: Standard delivery charges will apply based on distance and product size.

Any additional service charges (like installation or shifting) will be informed in advance.

4. Installation & Setup:

Furniture and appliances include basic installation at the time of delivery.

Additional customization or service requests may attract extra charges.

5. Delays:

QuickRento will not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transport issues, or events beyond our control.

Customers will be updated promptly in case of unavoidable delays.

6. Proof of Delivery:

Customers are required to check and sign the delivery receipt at the time of receiving products.

Any damages/defects must be reported immediately upon delivery.
