Returns & Exchange Policy

At QuickRento, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all products and services delivered are of the highest quality. However, in case you face any issues, our Returns & Exchange policy is designed to help you.

1. Furniture & Appliances

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery/installation.

Customers must report any defect/damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all accessories/manuals intact.

Exchanges will be processed after inspection and approval.

2. Rental Properties

Once a property is booked and agreement signed, no cancellation or exchange is allowed.

In case of unavailability or incorrect listing, QuickRento will help arrange an alternate property or provide a refund of booking advance.

3. Vehicle Rentals

Vehicles can be exchanged only in case of mechanical failure or safety concerns reported within 2 hours of handover.

Fuel charges, tolls, and damages caused by the customer are non-refundable.

4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the customer’s original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized furniture or made-to-order products.

Appliances damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Rental fees once service period has started.
